Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 wheat tortillas
  • ½ cup roasted peppers sliced
  • ¼ cup dried tomatoes chopped
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • Basil leaves

Instructions:

  • Mix the cream cheese, garlic powder, dill, salt and pepper.

  • Make the sandwiches by spreading the tortillas with the cream cheese mixture, roasted peppers, dried tomatoes, capers, and basil. Roll them up and wrap them in paper wrap.

  • Let them cool for at least 20 minutes in the fridge.
  • Slice and serve.
