Ingredients:

  • 16 bacon strips thin cut
  • 32 little smokies sausages
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • Spiced mayo to serve

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350°F).
  • Cut the bacon strips in halves.

  • Wrap each smokie sausage in one bacon piece and secure with a toothpick.

  • Arrange bacon in a baking tray - lined with parchment paper - and sprinkle with brown sugar.
    ¼ cup brown sugar
  • Bake for 15 minutes, or until bacon is golden brown.
  • Serve with spiced mayo.
